Bring balance and vitality to your body, mind and emotional body through a Yoga Nidra practice specifically targeting the Chakra system. The Chakras (meaning “Wheel” in Sanskrit ) are spinning discs of energy within the body. There are seven main chakras that run along the spine, each with a specific color, name, and health focus. Chakras are believed to affect emotional and physical well-being. Yoga Nidra, also called “the Sleep of the Yogis” is a relaxing guided meditation through the layers of both physical and non-physical aspects of the body, ultimately communicating our highest intentions (called “Sankalpa”) with the subconscious. This practice is relaxing and healing and requires no previous experience.
